Physicians Immediate & Primary Care

Been coming to this location since Covid for all my urgent care needs and when I found out they do primary care as well I was excited. I’ve never had a single issue with any of the staff, it amazes me with some the reviews I’m seeing. I had my first appointment with Dr Hayes as my primary the other day and before we were even finished talking I felt comfortable with her which for me is a huge relief. I think you guys are great!

This company is awful. For six months I have randomly called to ask questions or make appointments. I never once got any human on the phone. I left dozens of messages never returned. No one ever answers any call. You’re forced to leave a voicemail which they never return. I was able to make an appointment online, but when I showed up for that one , I was told it was the wrong appointment and I needed to reschedule. The soonest visit would be three months from the time I showed up in person. I was sent a email asking me to fill out my paperwork ahead of time which I did. It asked if I had any questions which I did so I submitted them. When I went to the appointment and paid cash for my $189 Which was far more than I imagine, they weren’t able to give me change. My father had a known lung abnormality monitored for years. Imaging in spring showed concerning changes, and a PET scan in early summer was indicative of cancer. Despite this, from July through October 2025, MedFirst failed to follow through on referrals.
