Physicians Immediate Care

I visited the Physicians Immediate Care off of Mesa lane. And Kirk rd. In Aurora Illinois. When I walked in the door it was for a Pre-employment Screening. Let's just say after the awesome Secretary at the desk got me logged in for my scheduled visit, she handed me a tablet for a cpl. Protocol forms to fill out then within a few minutes I was greeted and welcome by one of the nursing staff who was super chill, and administered my hearing exam, a visual exam, weight measurement and typical intro stuff then kindly gave me the u.A. cup to fill, showed me the locker to keep my items very attentive, after I signed off with her, my next step was the patient's exam room which was very clean and very temperature friendly, wasn't cold wasn't hot it was the Goldie locks "Just Right" environment. F

I had a really great experience at this Urgent Care Center. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, caring and made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely go here again and recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived well before my scheduled time, but they didn’t honor it. I ended up waiting an extremely long time despite having an appointment. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning—worst urgent care I’ve ever visited.

Very easy trip there for my daughter. Things went smooth and we were in and out in no time. Loved the way the doctor was straight to the point after examining her. Prescribed her medicine and we were on our way. Plus my daughter was super comfortable.

I went in to Physicians Immediate Care with a very sore hip. The staff wheeled me back with a wheelchair and made me feel comfortable. Patel the Provider did the exam and got what was needed. They wheeled me back to the car.
