Had to go for an ingrown toe infection caused by a pedicure. First time going to a podiatrist, so was a bit nervous. I was able to get in 3 days after my Tricare Referral was sent in, which was a blessing considering the holiday season coming up. There was no wait time, and Dr. Awa was absolutely amazing. She was kind, comforting, and extremely knowledgable. The procedure was quick and painless. I. am so grateful to have been referred to this office!

Don’t waste your time with these people. Especially if you’re military. I had a referral sent to them over a month ago. They will add you to the database but not even schedule you even with a referral number. The scheduler doesn’t speak clearly. Try some place else.

they need to go ahead and delete the online way of registering for an appointment if they don't ever respawn its been 2 week and nothing not even a well get back to you soon email

I wonder if this office is managed by racists in Sumter SC. I was verbally assaulted by who has been identified to me as “Tammy”. She threatened me with physical violence to include death - and got away with it! No one at the office offered any effort to correct this abusive behavior. Makes me wonder if her hatred is based upon our racial differences. Same assumption for office staff since her actions were not corrected.

I had an appointment with Dr. Melcher today. She is very knowledgeable and very patient. She did a thorough examination and allowed me to ask lots of questions. She is compassionate and it felt like she truly wanted to help me recover. I would definitely recommend her. Her staff is also very prompt and courteous!
