Physicians Footcare

Broke my heel pretty bad falling from ladder. Moved here with a cast on. Physicians Footcare took me in and continued with my recovery. Fitted me with a boot, then a brace after cast came off and results have been great! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I suffered with foot pain from a previous broken bone. The doctor spent less than 15 mins with me, no x-rays. Gave me a shot for pain and was done. After visiting another location and seeing another DPM. This visit was a waste of time and money.

Please STAY AWAY from this horrible place. The staff is rude and they miscommunicate a lot.

Two major issues. 1. I am in the process of retiring from the military and needed my medical records. After each appointment for a referral, the practice is suppose to submit documents back to the military. Physicians Footcare did not. So I requested they be sent to me. Instead, they finally mailed them to the military. I went in the office and explained that all my records needed to be submitted to the VA in 3 days and the army won’t release records that quickly. So I asked for my records to be released directly to me. I never heard from them. 2. Doctor recommended I have surgery to remove bone spurs. I asked if they’d submit the paperwork for the surgery to be approved by tricare and was assured they’d take care of everything. I heard nothing back for over a month so asked the front desk

I had a great experience at this office. The staff got me in the back in a timely manner and Dr. Christopher Tyree was very kind and compassionate to the care he was giving. He removed my ingrown toenails with little to no pain or discomfort. The staff was very kind and friendly and it was overall a good experience.
