Physicians Footcare

--- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- Front desk staff [A_ _ _ _] was unprofessional + unwilling to provide service at check-in. After traveling over 40 min each way for my scheduled appointment, I was not permitted to see the doctor for my follow-up visit. She [A_ _ _ _] refused to contact the accounting department or call insurance or review my EOC {Evidence Of Coverage} because of instructions by 'upper management'! --- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- P.S. My insurance company has tried to contact them, but to no avail.

This was our first visit to this facility, and unfortunately, the experience began poorly. The staff member who roomed my daughter Tuesday morning never introduced herself, was unprofessional, dismissive, and left us feeling unwelcome. First impressions matter, and this encounter did not set a welcoming tone. Frankly, if the rest of the visit had matched that interaction, we would not return. That being said, Dr.Blau was absolutely wonderful—attentive, compassionate, and thorough. Her professionalism and care are the only reason we will consider coming back. It’s disappointing that such an excellent physician is represented by staff who don’t reflect the same standard of care.

Suspicious and demonizing of people who just want the proper care and accommodation for a painful and DEBILITATING condition. I subconsciously picked up something off about these people and now I can clearly see it. I could tell they thought negatively of me and I couldn’t understand why and eventually got called a liar by the front desk because I misunderstood the doctor’s instructions and I certainly don’t understand or agree with how she defines things . The worst treatment I’ve ever received at a doctor’s office. I see why people say avoid and don’t trust doctors. Please ask for detailed after visit notes for clarification to protect yourself.

Absolutely Garbage Service!!! After waiting (in extreme pain) for over a month for my appointment, I called the morning of my appointment (today) to confirm since I had never been sent a confirmation or any reminders. Luckily I noted it on my own calendar. When I called I got their call center (which is not local) and spoke with someone who told me that my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled for some random day and time without notification or even checking to see if that day/time would work for me. When I asked why I never received any type of notification his exact answer was "I do not know ma'am". Of course he didn't know because he works at a CALL CENTER and couldn't be less helpful. I cut my work day short to make this appointment so I'm losing pay for absolutely nothing. I

Asked about some additional information regarding my appointment previously from Dr.Blau and the front check in lady was very rude not friendly at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND
