Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic - Dayton

I had a really good experience at this Physican care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I wasn’t feeling great when I came in, but the provider listened to my concerns and made sure I got the treatment I needed. They were thorough, caring, and explained everything clearly. I was able to get the care and medication I needed to hopefully start to feel better. I’m really grateful for the help I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing fast, reliable care.

I was advised to come to this location by the North Chattanooga branch because it was closer to my home. I had to take a pre-employment drug screen and after the previous location had given me water, I couldn't provide enough to sample. I had to be at work, so they sent me here. I called before going and explained everything. The front desk lady was friendly, she listened, and assured me the exam could be completed at this location. When I entered, (I drove straight there) the receptionist acknowledged me and helped me sign in. By this time, I was doing the "gotta-go-two-step." I held it together for about 10 minutes before alerting the staff that I needed to go. The receptionist checked with the Nurse and the nurse called me back. Terrible experience. I went in for a double ear infection and the main reason for going in was major pain in my teeth, cheek, eye, and temple area on Friday December 26th. The female doctor didn’t even ask questions or check what was going on with my face . She came in the room and said she called in antibiotics and pretty much tried walking away . She came in the room for like 2 minutes, if that and acted like she was in a massive hurry to get out (which I understand it was the day after Christmas and they had been busy but it was overboard ridiculous) . I I literally had to ask questions as we was half way in the hallway because she was trying to get away. The people who work here appear to truly enjoy what they do. They are warm and caring, compassionate AND competent. They treated me as a person, not an inconvenience or a number. And they developed a plan to address the problem and it worked. Love this place.

Unlike the other Urgent Care facility in Dayton, who had me talk to an automated system, I was able to speak to a person when I called. After speaking with Amanda I went in at 7:50 and even though they were supposed to close at 8:00, they got me in, got me taken care of and on my way. They never once acted like I was an inconvenience! Great ladies!
