I have never left a negative review on a business before, but I feel so strongly about my experience that I felt like I had to. I went in for a filling almost 2 months ago & left having extreme pain. It was so bad that I couldn’t even floss around the area where I had my filling. I went in for a cleaning the next week & told them about my pain so they looked at it. The man drilled on my teeth a little & then told me if it still hurt in a week then I needed to come back & “worst case” get my filling redone. I honestly didn’t trust them since there were all new people working there & I felt no urgency on their side to fix my teeth. I went to a different dentist to have them look. They found a crack in my filling & said it needed to be redone. They told me if I had gone much longer like this

This dental office Will tell you that your insurance is good when they don't even know if they're current providers Are listed with your insurance company. They told me that I was covered and there would be no problem and went ahead and cleaned my teeth and then afterwards sent me a $232 bill. When I Questioned them about it they told me to contact my insurance company. I did and the result was that the individual provider that was listed was no longer working in their office. They neglected to let me know that and also neglected to let me know that the current provider in the office was not in network with my insurance company, Even though they told me that everything was fine and I would be covered. They lied to me and deceived me. I will never use this dental office, Not because they di

I’m a complete coward and a nervous wreck about going to the dentist. I had not seen one for several years and had become embarrassed by my teeth. Dr. Salvi and his assistant Nikki put my apprehensions to rest! They were so personable, informative and very sympathetic of my dental cowardice. They explained everything they were doing each step of the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Salvi really had a very calming demeanor and that means a lot to someone who’s terrified of the dentist! Very pleased and grateful for the care I received here. 10 stars!!

I had been going to Dr Tutor the past few years. They no longer took my dental insurance so I had to switch over but prior to switching I had went to another Dentist that took my current insurance and they gave me a song and dance about needing to go to a periodontist. My teeth feel fine. I have no bleeding no infection and this dentist told me I had pus under my gums and infection in my mouth. And this was at Richland Creek with Dr. Hall. So I switched to another Insurance to go back to Dr. Tutor to get a check up and told the office what had happened to me. Well learning lesson and be careful because this is a small town and everyone knows one another. They got the information about what had happened at Richland Creek and the dentist there referring me to periodontist for maintenance
