Dr. Lakatny is the best I have ever seen.

Doctor is great, but employees are so insanely rude and aggressive it’s unbelievable. The employees are these ghetto, unprofessional idiots that will give you attitude and scream and yell at you while you’re trying to set up an appointment. This office is in desperate need of good employees, because the ones now make the entire experience a miserable one. I would not recommend this office no matter what, due to the miserable ridiculously rude employees.

Dr. Latkany is by far the smartest, most caring Dr. I've ever met. Coming from someone who went from Dr to Dr for my eye irritation, Dr. Latkany was the cure. He is like God's gift to mankind - especially dry eye sufferers! It is clear that he really cares to help and loves what he does. If you're someone who's sick of debilitating eye irritation, look no more than Dr. Latkany.

I was not even a patient my husband was, and I just sitting there listening to the receptionist and others who work in the front speaking very rude to other patients over the phone or in person. Lying to patients about what days they have available and their personal problems all right in front of me! Very unprofessional made me very uncomfortable and would not recommend!!
