Didn't know of any PT in town but the minute I called, I felt like I was going to be taken care of as they were so responsive and caring. Tony was the one who diagnosed what as wrong with my shoulder arm (frozen shoulder) right away which my orthopedic dr. was unable to do. He's so aware of every part of the human body and not only does he instinctively know what's needed at every point along the way to healing, he's passionate about you getting to the finish line. Though it was a painful journey I'm so glad Tony was at the helm guiding me with the right exercises and movements, helping with pain management (dry needling was the trick) and providing motivation to get the end result.

Would never recommend any other physical therapist. Tony is a wizard. Unlike offices with 4-5 physical therapists PTSMI only has one, showcasing the care he puts into each and every patient. Amazing office staff, and you feel right at home when you walk in the door.

Look elsewhere for help. Tony Whiting, DPT is rudely opinionated and insulting. I only lasted 15 minutes with Tony before I had to walk out the door and tell him how rude he was and what a terrible attitude he had. He made me feel terrible about myself - from the clothes on my back, to my fitness goals. If you want to visit a Physical Therapist and feel the need to visit a Mental Therapist after your visit....then this is the place for you!

In my experience Tony Whiting is very professional, very proficient in his knowledge on the functions of the human body how it moves, genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients, and strives to help people reach optimal function and mobility. 5 stars for this physical therapist!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and I am 79 years old. Tony is accommodating to individual needs and is professional. Kristina, his office manager provided perfect service. I would recommend this business.
