Physical Therapy at Orthopedic Sports Institute

At age 87, I have been a patient of several physical therapy services in the CDA and Post Falls areas. I have received good service and liked most of the physical therapists who have worked with my various needs. Based on my previous experiences, it is important to say that the Orthopedic Sports Institute physical therapy is the BEST place I have received treatment. The very best. The receptionist is a lovely, warm and welcoming person who is cheerful and genuinely interested in the people she greets and schedules. It is a boon to meet a receptionist who is bright eyed and friendly! The physical therapist, AG, is a skilled and highly professional therapist who really knows how to help one get better. This place is a joke. A lot of difficultly with billing not getting insurance right. They tried to charge me ~$600 the first time which ended up becoming $30. Went in a second time and didn’t get an answer for what was happening in my arm and had to pay almost $150. Go somewhere else and save your money.
