Phoebe Urgent Care (Northwest Albany)

I visited on Christmas, and Brittany at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Jeff was very friendly during triage, and the back staff provided excellent care. I truly appreciate the entire team for working on a holiday. The wait time was reasonable; however, staffing appeared to be short, which is concerning given that it is flu season. This may be something for leadership to review, as it impacts the overall patient experience. Overall, my visit was a positive experience, and I felt well cared for by the staff who were present.

The service was great. I thank everyone for making sure I didn't fall and that was ok. I only have one concern...I came in very dizzy. In the end I did say I felt better. I just wish the wish the nurse would have walked be to exit door to make sure I didn't fall When she asked me if I was ok and I said yes...she just walked out of the room for me to find the exit door. I am glad I didn't stumble. Other than that, everyone was very professional, and moved quickly to assist me.

It’s hard to expect a great level of care when the rooms look like this. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the doctor I saw was great.

Feeling so miserable today, but I’m very thankful that I came here. The staff was very kind, helpful, thorough, and kind. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Leah Webb was so professional and kind. I really appreciate the hard work and efforts of all the staff. Several greeted me and told me to feel better. I really appreciate that! It seemed genuine and sincere.
