4th Floor Absolutely Has My Whole heart!!! My son has been here for 4 days! Lung surgery from spontaneous pneumothorax. They have been so patient, kind, and took such good care of him. He had a few that stood out and really made us feel welcomed and at home. Ms. Amy, Mr Sunny, and Ms. Stephanie! All we're soo nice and very good at what they do. All the room cleaners, food workers, and respiratory therapist we're amazing too. We have had a blessed stay here in Albany at Pheobe Putney and from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you! ⭐ Google Review – Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Emergency Room ⭐ I want to shine a light on Phoebe Putney Memorial’s Emergency Room team. This is the third time I’ve had an experience here since the Trauma Center opened, and each time has been exceptional. Within about four hours, we always know whether we’re being admitted, and there is a constant, organized flow of staff coming in to perform their tasks. Lately, we’ve been admitted within six hours and quickly taken to a room — whether CCU or a regular floor. RN Justin Still was absolutely amazing. I truly pray his supervisor sees this because he gave my mom the best care. There was also a woman with long curly hair who was an angel — attentive, kind, and compassionate. I haven't visited but had the pleasure of speaking with April over the phone. She was the sweetest person. Very professional and helpful, amongst other things. I truly hope I have the pleasure of speaking with her again in the future. Thank you April! (MR)

This is one of the worst hospitals. We were transferred here from Fort Benning. Today on 10/05/2025, the floor doctor kept cutting my wife off when trying to get information and he would not let her talk; he was rude. So, after my son was done with the procedure, he said he felt everything like they did not give him any anesthesia or numbing medicine. The floor nurse looked up in the system and also could not find anything. This is unacceptable. Nobody knows anything and when we request (multiple times) to speak with whoever is in charge it takes hours for them to show up. Nobody here is a priority. All we do is wait. This hospital doesn't even deserve a 1 star. There are maybe a few nurses who have been amazing and CARING but there are a bunch with no empathy or care. For such a huge hos

i did not have a good experience i didn’t get my diagnosis nobody told me anything all the doctor did was try to “correct” me on what i thought i had. i left with a paper telling we what pelvic pain was that’s it, as if i didn’t know what it was. they didn’t send my medication to a pharmacy all they did was take my blood (which is weird to me being i got no results) and inject me with iv i’m not happy at all. spent 6 hours in the hospital and got no help i left with the same agonizing pain i came in there with, with no solution. then on top i couldn’t make a portal account because my information wasn’t in the system. only thing they did good was getting me in a room in 20 minutes
