Phoebe North Campus

My dad was admitted through the emergency room on 02/01 on the 3rd floor. There were some good nurses. Shabreka was my father's favorite. It was other days no one took the initiative to give him a bath. My sister would make sure his hygiene was taken care of. If he did take a bath it was in the middle of the day. I called to check on him one evening. They changed shifts and he was wet from about 7 to a little after 8. He stated he asked for a nurse. I called the nurse's station to let them know. I decided to go to the hospital. By the time I got there at 8:30 a nurse was changing him and the bed. Another day I asked one of the student nurses from Albany tech for ice to put on his ensure he didn't drink. She decided she would complain to her classmates at the ice machine and I walked past t

If it was possible to give a negative rating I would. We waited 4 hours to be admitted and when we got a room it was filthy, the bathroom in particular was sickening. The nurses never had an idea when the doctor would show and all the while having a horrible attitude if we dared ask a question. After discharge I called back to ask a question regarding a medication that was prescribed and the response from the nurse was " I don't know, use your best judgement", even though they are the ones with medical training. It was a horrible experience Phoebe has got to so better than this!

Worst place ever. Daughter was brought in by ambulance around 5:30 it is now 9:30 and is still in the waiting room has not been seen by the Doctor. She was Triage at 7:30 with a low grade temperature. Very congested and very sick. No one has offered her a mask to protect the other patients to include an elderly lady with chest pains sitting right behind her as well as little babies in the er. They are calling patients to the back that came in after my daughter. Unbelievable.

Had to take my son's girlfriend to the ER 3 days after Hurricane Michael for an abscessed tooth. We walked in, never sat, went straight back into a room, received immediate care, pain medication, a CT SCAN, and IV antibiotics. Were in and out in 3 hours! Everyone was so kind, even though they were going through so much with the fact that their homes and families were affected by the hurricane as well. Nurse Tricia was amazing. Walked in and girl at the front looked bored. Didn't even greet me. First question out of her mouth was, "what's your social?" She put on gloves to handle my ID and continued to look bored. I told her I was traveling and the only thing my insurance would pay for is ER. She didn't even ask for my insurance card. Nurse was somewhat nice, though preoccupied. They put me in a room quickly and I thought this would be fast. Ten minutes later the DR arrived and handed me a map. Without making eye contact or introducing himself, he told me to go to a clinic. I told him my insurance wouldn't pay for a clinic and he brushed me off and said I should go to the clinic. Then he turned around and left the room while I was still asking questions.
