Phoebe Corporate Health

I recently used Phoebe Corporate Health at the request of Walden Srcurity contracted with the Federal Courthouse in Albany GA. The staff though friendly lacked the ability or knowledge to properly utilize the outdated equipment offered tor use. After several attempt at an EKG 7 times to be exact between several attempts consulting the Doctors on Duty. They went as far as turning out the lights in the room it was taken in to removing my Cell Phone and watch to complete the 7 attempts. This was after several attempts at the outdated equipment to test ones hearing, and trying to find someone there that could start this outdated equipment. It became apparent to me that instead of total renovations to the building maybe Phobe Corporate Health should apply that money to traing their staff and a

I came today to have a drug test done for a job I am applying for and your staff welcome me right as I walked in the door. I didnt have to sit and wait for nothing. Jamilliah and Meka was soooo sweet to me. Also the one who performed the drug test for me was awesome. Customer service was awesome and I just want you to know just how awesome your staff was.

We drove 3 1/2 hours to get the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. The facilty was clean and very organized. Every person we encountered was professional, kind and helpful. Thank you all for all you do. We appreciate it!

service in the back was bad bad bad service.. during a drug test, i was not allow to witness the attendant pour my sample in the small container for testing... i am following his instructions & while my back was turned someone had poured my sample into the small container for shipping and testing. my attendant was too busy talking to the lady in front of me... i have called pheobe HR and i have notified my future future employer... pheobe is a health facility an there employees shpuld always strictly follow procedure....

Ms. Wooden and Ms. Moore were EXCEPTIONAL also the lady in the back that performed my drug screen. They went out of their way to service me even tho they were closed.
