Boy they say trust your instincts! I wish I had! I booked an appointment to see Suzanne Phillips at 9:15 AM on 11/16/22. I did so only because my wife and a coworker had gone to her in the past. I completed all of the paper work prior to my visit. The receptionist asked for a credit card of mine for them to keep on file. I declined because my identity had been stolen in the past! In addition, I work for a school district that has an impeccable reputation and awesome coverage. The receptionist continued to process me and take my co-pay. I was escorted to a room. The door was open and the receptionist spoke to Suzanne outside of the room quietly. Never in my entire life have I ever heard such a loud and obnoxious so-called doctor. As a new patient I was assured that all my procedures would be covered by my insurance and low and behold a month later I was charged $125. When I called the office I was told that the insurance code they submitted was not accepted by the insurance company. When I asked about the possibility of refiling the code I was told no, that's the way it is. It's all about the money and not the service..

This place is by far the WORST PLACE IN HEALTHCARE! This “Dr.” Yelled at my ten year old and myself- “WHERE IS YOUR MASK?!l First of all- it’s 2023 how about, “Good Morning, welcome!” She turned my ten year old daughter away (who has an infected ingrown toenail) because her insurance is MILITARY TRI CARE. I told her all she had to do was check on Navinet, which anyone that works in a physicians office know that this checks eligibility within five seconds. She doesn’t have that. Well, it looks like your place of healthcare is stuck in 1981. I explained that Tricare for life does not have an actual card. My ex husband also was on the phone explaining this. She said- “GO HOME AND CALL TRICARE” let’s say this convo didn’t end well- she is the most laziest, unprofessional, demeaning, Physician

Shockingly poor customer service. First time patient, booked appointment, pre-filled paperwork. Called the office to tell them I was running 15 minutes late (received a job-related phone call), was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told immediately I had to reschedule, and next appointment was 1 month out. The person on the phone sounded annoyed, inflexible and kurt. This is no way to treat a new patient, not if you want your practice to grow. Can't comment on the physician - she may be good (or not), never got to meet her. Her front desk is ruining her business. Got an appointment with another podiatrist in Feasterville who gladly accepted my appointment on the same day and their receptionist was very pleasant.

Do not waste your time on this person … she should not be called a doctor! Unfortunately we can not give her NO stars! VERY unprofessional … how does she still have a practice?? She needs to lose her license to practice…..she actually turned away an innocent child with an infected ingrown toenail because she insisted on seeing an insurance card …. The military does NOT have an insurance card !! She’s living back in the 1900’s.. should retire !
