Pediatric Care Group, P.C.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Care Group, P.C.. I have been sent back and forth multiple times just to obtain two referrals and a vaccination chart for my daughter. There has been no clear guidance, poor follow-up, and a lack of responsibility from the office. As a parent, this feels like neglect. These are basic administrative and medical needs, yet I had to repeatedly call and chase information instead of receiving proper support. This caused unnecessary stress and delayed my child’s care. I hope the practice improves communication and accountability for families.

Dr. Mundell was my pediatrician and now she is my daughter’s and I have nothing but great things to say about her and the staff at PCG! Front desk staff are always so kind and helpful. The nurses/techs are great as well! Dr. Mundell is very attentive and informative and I highly recommend her! She is an amazing Pediatrician, that truly loves what she does.

Honestly i was so dissapointed it was my first time taking my nephew there. And the wait just for the front to check us in because she was on the phone? The other girls in that front were just staring at us blankly but okay that’s fine here where it gets worse. The doctor who check we my nephew used no gloves. Touched his sensitive area right after touching her laptop and didn’t even atleast wash her hands. Next day it was swollen and inflamed. They offered us to come back for them to check it. But i would definitely not see that doctor ever again i believe her name was Dr. Marylee Mundell, DO.

The reception team, nurse and NP were amazing. (i forgot the names because I suck at remembering) BUT they were very attentive to my questions and giving me and my partner lots of information regarding our baby, her insurance and future appointments. Reception was very prompt and got us scheduled until month 3 in advance. So grateful! Loved our first appointment with them. As parents, we felt very safe and felt our daughter was in safe hands too! Also, the place is super clean and has easy access and parking.

Love them to pieces! Suzy at the front desk and Ashley are so great and treat me like family! We left a very popular pediatric group in the area to come here and I am so happy I did! Kiki is so kind and so gentle with the kids! All the doctors and nurse practitioners have been nothing short of amazing! Same day sick appointments was a huge thing for me. So accommodating! ❤️ always clean and sanitized too!
