Totally gaslights you. I have all of the classic narcolepsy symptoms and when I mentioned the hypnagogic hallucinations, he told me “people have hallucinations for all kinds of reasons”. They do? And along with the other symptoms? Explains why he is just a PA and not a DOCTOR

He is not really knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had to wait for almost a year to see him, and when I had an appointment with him, he was quite ignorant about my sleep issues. When I tried to follow up with him because of urgent sleep issues and schedule a sleep study, he ignored my messages conveyed to him by his assistants. His assistant scheduled me for January of the next year, so I have to wait for the next 6 months regardless of me not being functional on a daily basis. He literally does not care if you suffer - no empathy at all. I don't know why he became a doctor in the first place. And please, don't tell me he has too many patients. Fortunately, I'm seeing a much better neurologist right now.

As someone who has struggled with undiagnosed chronic illness for several years now, Phillip was a godsend. I felt he was the first doctor to both truly listen and explain what is going on since my health problems started. I feel validated and not crazy about my health concerns for the first time in years. He spent the most time with me out of the three doctors I’ve seen at the neurology clinic and seems truly invested in your health: when I called the sleep clinic to schedule my sleep study, the receptionist told me that he had called every day since my referral to check on my status. When insurance denied my initial sleep study, he successfully contested it day of. Despite repeated insurance issues with getting a CPAP, he and his team have stuck with me and have even been able to see me

Phillip is absolutely a Godsend! He's diligent, caring, and listened patiently to my medical issues then carefully guided me through possible solutions. I left our meeting with a clear set of things to try and the encouragement that he will do everything within his powers to see my Apnea issues resolved. I could not ask for, nor get better service, from any physician. Five stars are not enough!! UPDATE: 7/25/23 After a year working with Phillip to solve my ongoing CPAP/sleep issues I cannot express how much difference he has made in my ability to sleep and manage my severe apnea. He has listened carefully to every issue and systematically and thoughtfully guided me every step of the way. My gratitude is eternal and I remain so very grateful for his wisdom and dedication to his patients.

Do not waste your time. Came to see him today from another city 45mins away- in pain & not feeling well, but was late getting to the receptionist desk (who had no idea what to do & wouldn't check me in) by 2 mins. By the time she had me standing there while she conferred with her co-worker whether to check me in or not AND the time it took for them to keep checking with the doctor, 15 more mins had passed. I had to ask if I could sit during all this bc of my pain, but needless to say, he wouldn't see me bc of 2mins! Again, don't waste your time!!! Amazing thing, reading Robin Moore's review below, bc I got that impression just being in the office but I thought it was just me! Bullet dodged!
