Phenix City Children’s & Family Clinic

My spouse has been seeing these folks for a while now since she tried a new insurance they want to pass the buck and appointments. She has explained they won't take her cash. She has been out of her meds now and with the pharmacy sending notes for refills no response. She has called and the front desk stated we will send her doctors a note. 3rd time now rescheduled. 3 strikes your out. So we are calling the medical state board members and our attorney for negligence and abandonment of a patient that under hepa is 100% illegal. She has lost wages due to their incompetence. So I will make a stop today and try in person. If that doesn't work I will submit correct formal documents to the federal doctors board and state also. So beware it's not worth it.

I love this doctors office!!!! Amanda is one of the best doctors I’ve went to ever and when I am sick they get me in the same day no matter what I have never and I mean never feel like I have been wronged here and they always take the best care of me :) those other reviews are probably from Anti vaccine parents whom think only natural oils can solve chicken pox lolol

Soo i have already written a review on here and today i received a letter from phenix city childrens saying beyond their control they can no longer see my children and i have to find another doctor..this place is outrageous and obviously cant take a review and learn from it..they have to terminate you to make them feel higher...now i highly do not recommend this so called child doctor..you will defiantly be seeing me this monday at your office..

She is one of the worst doctors I have ever been too. misdiagnosis children to eat up their insurance

I've been to a lot of clinics and met/worked with a lot of medical folks, and this place is the best!!!!
