I’m so happy I chose PH-Dermatology, The office is very clean!!! It is very pretty, And decorated very welcoming. They made it exceptionally easy to make an appointment online, Even as a new patient! Sometimes you feel blind going into a new office, And they make you pay all this crazy money as a new patient, And wait weeks sometimes months, But they were able to get me in in just a few days and their staff was absolutely exceptional! Jenn at the front desk was very sweet, Wonderful to talk to, The nurse had a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Amanda Smay really took the time to listen to what I had to say about My dermatology concerns, over an over a year of dealing Hormonal acne can really affect you mentally & physically, and made everything so simple and smooth and reass

I’m so glad I finally decided to see a dermatologist. I’ve had moderate acne for most of my life and mostly just learned to live with it (or cover it up) because I was embarrassed and assumed that was just how it would always be. I was seeing one well known local dermatologist for years. About 3 yrs ago, she seemed very quick, unconcerned and acted like she was doing me a favor. Several spots were missed at my last visit, in fact, one had been there for some time and she did see it but said nothing. Thank God I realized that I needed to get out of that practice! Not one month later, I made an appt with Amanda Smay! It ended up being something that needed to be removed! I am so thankful for Amanda’s amazing intelligence, kindness and caring! Dr. Aickàra did mohs surgery dec 5th on my scalp. She was professional, very informative and gentle. She explained how to care for the wound at home and made sure we understood the written instructions. She even called the following day to see how I was doing.
