Very bad website, I drove 5p mileas because it says 24 hour pharmacy, they were closed and the person inside theybare 24 hour pharmacyonly for hospitals, NOT FOR THE PUBLIC. HOTRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE ANNOUNCEMENT. THE PERSON THERE SAID iI SHOULD HAD SEARCH BETTER, BECAUSE IT SAYS ONLY FOR HOSPITALS. DOES ANYONE ELSE SEE THAT PLEASE? MAYBE I NEED TO GO TO THE EYE DOCTOR TO FIX MY VISION

Terrible service, even worse communication. I've been talking to them for months about it now and they've been "talking" to their staff about it too, but sadly, still not even a little bit of improvement. And to top it all off, they won't let me out of our contract unless I take the time to submit a formal request detailing all of the instances of poor performance. So, I have to spend time chasing them down everyday just to get the prescriptions I've ordered AND have to take my time to compile the dozens and dozens of service error details just to see if they will let me out of our contract. Thanks for nothing, PharMerica. I regret ever having told other facilities to switch over to you back when you were actually doing your job. For others out there considering using PharMerica, do
