Genoa Healthcare

I live at Northern Utah community correction center was told that this is the only pharmacy that is accepted with my medications I received my medications in January did not receive my medications for February but my insurance was still build when I tried to move to a different pharmacy I was told that I had to pay for my meds my insurance would not pay for it because Genoa had already taken payment for my medication and I did not receive my meds at all for the month of February this is not acceptable.

Great staff and service. The only reason it's not give starts is the hours of operation are limited.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. the lack of care, no need for “urgency” in a business where you’re dealing with people’s medical issues , was absolute appalling and i hope this place gets shut down one day to make room for people who genuinely care about others in the hospitality industry.

Speaking from my experience as a medical assistant and office manager, I think these guys are great. I have been ordering specialty medications for patients for over 2 years, and have never had any issues. They sre always on the ball and super quick to ship things.

I did not have a good experience with this pharmacy. They do not communicate, do not accept manufacturer or GoodRx coupons, and will illegally bill you for undelivered medication. My CVS pharmacy was having a hard time keeping my brand name medication in stock so I thought I would try a smaller pharmacy like Genoa. My provider sent the prescription to them and then it was radio silence--Genoa did not confirm receipt of the prescription or alert me it was ready for pickup. I had to call them several times for them to tell me they could fill it (because they had not proactively done so when they received the prescription itself) and it was only then they told me they do not take GoodRx and also do not offer their own coupons--no discounts. I could not afford this medication without the coupo
