This is an appreciation post for a delivery driver named Quintin. Quintin was delivering my mother's medicine when she fell trying to open the door. When she called me for help I was horrified and upset but she told me he was there and she was ok.He came in and waited with her until my son and I arrived he made her feel safe and he talk with her until we came. He is an honorable man and my family appreciates what he did because he didn't have to. My mother wants to adopt him now. Thank you Quintin Thank you Thank you.

After doing further research and speaking with my primary care physician, I have serious concerns about how this pharmacy is operating in partnership with NewSelf. This pharmacy appears to be dispensing compounded injectable medications (tirzepatide / semaglutide) through NewSelf. Based on publicly available information, compounded injectable medications require proper sterile compounding credentials and handling, which raises questions that were not disclosed upfront to me as a consumer. What alarmed me further: • My shipment arrived without an ice pack, despite these medications requiring temperature-controlled (cold chain) shipping • There was no direct pharmacist or physician consultation • The medication was prescribed and shipped based only on a questionnaire • After reviewing ever

I would avoid this pharmacy. I used them for compound tirzepatide. They didn't send me a full vial of medicine and they sent me syringes with broken needles. There was no invoice or documentation in package I received with my meds. I tried calling them numerous times to find out the cost and was just put on hold each time but was able to leave a messages. A week passed before they called me back it was to collect payment. They don't have a secure payment method and wanted me to email them my credit card. They would not provide a direct phone number to speak with anyone. They provided me an email to someone who also would not provide me a direct phone number and again requested I email them my credit card number. I have to call to get my refills sent which should be automatic and then they don't even deliver my refills when they're supposed to after I call. I have went into withdrawal several times from them failing to deliver my prescriptions when they're supposed to. I'll probably be switching to Genoa I've never had these problems with them.

A representative called from Pharmaneek 1/22/25. They stated they were going to deliver my father in laws meds on Thursday. I asked the delay it 1 day due to doctor appointments. I couldn't guarantee anyone would be here when they arrived. Friday at 5:15, still no.meds. I called and they informed me they had tried multiple times to.call to confirm delivery. Neither my husband or myself received a call. Why did they need to confirm delivery again? Now my father in law will be without some of his meds over the weekend. We had delivery like this to make things easier for all including continuing independence for my father in law. He didn't have to ask someone to come set his meds, pick up meds or worry he was out of something. This is very disappointing.
