Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Silverdale Medical Center

I switched pharmacies recently and one of the pharmacists is one of the kindest, friendly person I've ever met. Im not sure his name but I believe he has a Mr potato man sticker on his badge. He is very welcoming and I always hope he's there when I need to pick up my prescription. He really deserves a raise. He always offers me one of his "cute bags" and never leaves me feeling confused. He's the best and deserves the recognition!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Kaiser across the board just jerks you around and doesn't care about patients. I hope you don't need your medicine or any care through them. You will not receive it and if you do receive it, it takes a completely unacceptable amount of time that will likely cause you to suffer.

I can't go to Walgreens anymore because of Kaiser. But this pharmacy is not helpful what so ever. When I called to have my meds transferred the lady asked if I wanted them sent to my home, I still have no meds because she failed to ask how I wanted to pay. I don't like this place I want to go back to Walgreens where they know what they are doing and they take cash.

I find it very disturbing that a pharmacy would give a policy to their techs to lie to customers saying that the verifones cannot accept debit. Idk if I'd want someone who couldn't just tell me the truth that they don't want me touching the buttons messing around with my medicines. If I can't trust you with the truth of a simple policy, no way on Earth will I trust you with something I'm putting in my body.

They never have my prescriptions ready even when I call in advance.
