Hi Kaiser Permanente, this is unacceptable to hear that the Pharmacy will be closed tomorrow. Why aren’t you working with your pharmacist and nurses and give them what they want. These are the folks who are taking care of me and the Kaiser patients.

This location posts that they are open until 7pm weekdays . Well I guess Friday must be close a little earlier because I got here at 10 min before closing to pick up a online ordered prescription that is ready to be picked up and their doors were closed and lights off . If you post you are open until 7 then you need to be open until 7. Otherwise post you close at 645 on Fridays or whatever time you guys left . I had to rush over from work and ran from the parking so that I can make it inside at 650 . Now I have to wait until Monday .

Let me preface this by saying that the techs at the counter are always super nice. There's no point in yelling at them at the counter because it's obvious they're doing what they can. They don't have A/C that works properly, it's just sad. With that being said, the San Dimas location is by far the worst location in the SGV/IE area. If your medicine is not eligible for mail order, you want to avoid this spot if you can. On multiple occasions I've submitted my order early on the app or web, have the app say ready for pick up the following day, yet status will show pending. When you call the pharmacy line for an update, they will tell you that the San Dimas location doesn't take calls. They confirmed my medicine shows on-site, so I should walk in. Worst kaiser pharmacy in southern california. Wait times almost always exceed 30-40 minutes even for pre-authorized prescriptions. Staff appears supremely indifferent and make zero efforts to improve service. Huge contrast with other Kaiser pharmacies in surrounding areas where staff actually seem to care.

This place is absolutely despicable! They've cancelled my pre-ordered prescriptions on 2 different occasions and didn't have the decency or professionalism to notify me of the cancellation either time. I just so happened to randomly check the status in my KP app and that's how I found out they'd been cancelled. No phone call, no emails, nothing! They dont have a direct number to call so I had to call the general pharmacy line and their rep had to contact San Dimas. When the she tried contacting the San Dimas pharmacy (twice!) no one answered the phone either time (go figure). There are also 2 medications that I have to take regularly that San Dimas just doesn't carry (that in and of itself is an issue).
