Parking: Good, Entrance: Small (4 seats), Service: from what I noticed they seemed busy and worked with each patient according to appointment time. Presentation: Good, the area and team know what they are doing. Overall, this company works with the VA which is why I use them. This is the third year and have been great when it co.es to getting my eye examined. I cannot review the prices of the glasses here as I get them from the VA but they look nice. Will I come back again? Yes, this office has shown great service 4.7 stars.
I took my son here and the Dr was so great with him. She really took her time on his exam and even squeezed in extra testing that day to prevent us having to come back later in the week. First time coming here and was pleased with how pleasant everyone was and how good my son’s exam was.
Excellent people at Spectrum Eye. Whether I call with glasses that are loose or the Doctor takes care of me...friendly, courteous, professional folks! My only complaint, and it is very minor, iis that their pre-exam room is too small. I use a walker and it would not allow me to use the machines AND sit. Fortunately, they had other machines doing the same tests. Otherwise, this would be 5-Stars! I am VERY happy I found them through the Veterans Administration!
The entire office is friendly and very efficient. The entire appointment runs so well. Dr makes you feel very comfortable and the exam is thorough. Additionally very open to questions. And really like the help with picking out glasses. I fully recommend this office
Everyone in Spectrum optometry office is so friendly and welcoming, Definitely a great experience.Dr Dave’s Knowledge, expertise are truly reassuring, He had a remarkable ability To explain complex Issues In a way, that is easy to understand. He really cares about his patients. It shows!April was so kind and informative and patient.Meaghan was super sweet and lots of fun helping me with picking out my frames. I am so excited to say that my family, and I have found our optometry 😊
