Dentists of San Dimas is the best dental office I’ve visited. It had been some time since my last appointment, so I was overdue for a cleaning. The check-in process was efficient and straightforward, which made a great first impression. Dr. Courtney was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my exam and recommendations. My cleaning with Sara was excellent — she was thorough, attentive, and consistently checked on my comfort throughout the procedure. She explained each step and helped develop a clear treatment plan moving forward. I have dental anxiety and sensitive teeth, so feeling comfortable during appointments is very important to me. Went in for a cleaning and exam, and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were all very welcoming and it was a very easy-going environment. Dr. Nora did my exam and was incredibly detailed oriented and friendly. It was clear that she cares about her profession and was not rushing at all! Sarah did an amazing cleaning and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. Cheryl and Jocelyne also made me feel incredibly comfortable when they took my X-rays! Easily the best experience at the dentist so far and oddly enough I can’t wait for my next dentist appointment!

I live over two hours away. Let’s start there. And, I genuinely hate going to the dentist, so the fact that I felt this comfortable says everything. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease, everyone is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. Nothing felt rushed, and they really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and heard. The office itself is top-tier clean, modern, and calming, which helped my nerves immediately. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist, and I never thought I’d say that. If you’re anxious or avoid the dentist like I do, this is absolutely the place to go. The entire team at Dentist of San Dimas were so friendly and informative during my first visit. They talked me through every step, and were very caring when executing each process. From the front desk to the dental chair - everyone was so nice to interact with. The office was also very clean and had great state of the art equipment! Highly recommend!

Sarah did an AMAZING JOB with my cleaning, she’s very patient and so beyond caring, as someone who has anxiety from dentist visits, as she worked on me, i completely felt relaxed as she knew the right things to say & was very careful as she did the work, she made me feel at home and I left feeling so grateful as this was the best experience at any dentist office. I give this place a 10/10 I truly recommend here, also Mellissa in the front desk is very sweet.
