Never had any issues until now! We called ahead of time to make sure you guys had the medication, we were told “yes” so we put in the refill. We get there and we are told that you guys don’t have it!

The worst staff. Rude and have absolutely no manners when dealing with customers. Hire more professional pharmacists instead of ones who don’t know how to do their job and cause you to consistently call to put in a request to my doctor. Happy that this is my last day ever dealing with these people. Fair oaks pharmacists are much more nicer.

I have medications for cancer that can only be picked up at the pharmacy. They can not be mailed. The Manassas VA Kaiser pharmacy that is located about 5 mins away from me is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. When my refill dates land on a Saturday or a Sunday I have to arrange for someone to drive to another county, Woodbridge VA, to refill my medications at their 24/7 pharmacy. Sometimes this can cause a delay in my medications and mean that I will be in unnecessary pain or have unnecessary complications. The other issue is that the more convenient Manassas pharmacy is often out of stock on certain medications. Last Monday my doctor prescribed a medication I need to be taking everyday. It is now the following Monday and the Manassas pharmacy is still out of stock. I just know this will e
