I’m leaving the country tomorrow night for two weeks and realized I didn’t have enough medication to cover my trip. When I tried to pick it up early, my copay showed up as $7,100 because it was before my refill date. I was honestly stressed. Katrina and Sanz stepped in and went above and beyond. They didn’t just brush me off, they took the time to understand my situation, worked through the issue, and made sure I was taken care of. Because of them, I was able to get my medication without paying that outrageous amount and travel with peace of mind. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help truly stood out. Katrina and Sanz represent what great healthcare service should look like. I’m incredibly grateful.

I was very satisfied with the service at the pharmacy by the representative SaWanda. She assisted me with the pick up of my mother’s meds and kindly asked if I needed a pill cutter, which I did! I’m so glad that she asked me because I definitely would have forgotten since it has been a challenge trying to manage elder care for my mother. SaWanda kindly remarked that I remember to take care of myself too. I’m extremely grateful for her patience with researching the script orders that were transmitted over by the hospital as well as her kind remarks.

This was a wonderful experience. There was at least 10 people before me and the line went smoothly. I was seen within 10 minute by SaWanda. She greeted me and apologize for the wait. She was patient and took her time with talking to my wife making sure we got everything she needed. I truly recommend coming back.
