Dr Shayla Deale is an excellent and informative dentist. She provides easy to understand instructions on procedures and processes. Her personality and friendly demeanor instantly shines thru, and you are at ease. The medical staff and front desk are exceptional and their customer service is highly appreciative and reflects in their dedication to staff and patient relations, which is very important to regular and new patients.

My family has been coming to Watts for more than a decade. We’ve trusted this organization with our dental health for as long as I can remember. We’ve been here so long because of the consistent professional, clean, and efficient services over all these years. I am deeply saddened by the reduction of available hygienists. Every single appointment I’ve made in 2025 has been canceled. There is no explanation and no effort to accommodate my needs. I am forced to change my dentist because Watts Dental Associates is no longer a reliable service provider for my family.

Have been going to Dr Watts for many years. He is an excellent dentist. He lets you know what he is doing and Is able to do an excellent job with the minimum of discomfort. Actually my whole family including my grandchildren go to Dr. Watts and have been going since they were very young. The staff is also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Watts and his staff.
