I have to start by saying I have an extreme fear of dentist due to bad experiences. So when i came to Westphalia for a wisdom tooth extraction and a deep cleaning, the staff made me feel comfortable as possible. I made them aware of my phobia and they did everything they could to help me feel comfortable and less anxious. Even though my anxiety was through the roof, the entire staff made sure to ask how i was doing and reassuring i was in good hands. My wisdom tooth was a little more difficult than expected and they still did an awesome job. I Highly recommend this office and staff. Quick service, friendly/family orientated staff and all around great office.

Your response only confirms the lack of attention and professionalism. Instead of acknowledging the concern, you focused on something completely unrelated to the actual issue….. maybe another caller…….First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction and the response afterward made it clear that this is not a place I would feel comfortable trusting with my care or money. Imagine reviewing a call and still responding to the wrong issue……..terrible business.

Dr. Chung and his staff are truly the best. This is the first dental practice I adhered to on a consistent basis due to past traumatic experiences. I am proud to say that yesterday was the first time I sat through an oral procedure (root canal + crown) without crying or throwing a temper tantrum out of extreme fear or nervousness ( the trauma goes that deep). Not only does Dr. Chung treat me with kindness and compassion he’s extremely patient with me. I’m so glad he and his staff know how to deal with me because I’ll admit, I’m a piece of work. Even my grandfather loves Westphalia dental and is a regular. Thank you Dr. Chung for my renovated smile!!! 😁

Absolutely love Dr. Chung, he’s patient and understands that ppl have a fear of the dentist. He explains everything step by step. I set through 2 root canals didn’t feel ANYTHING! The dental assistant Ella was so loving and kinda she made me feel so comfortable. The front office team is also so amazing and professional . Highly recommend this office. You won’t be disappointed, in fear or pain once you leave.

Amazing Experience at Westphalia Dental! After having a traumatic experience at another dental office, I was extremely nervous about my appointment. But Dr. Ayanna Powell completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable and truly took the time to understand my concerns. Her calm and caring approach helped ease my anxiety, and I can’t thank her enough for that. The entire staff was just as wonderful—from Nika at the front desk, who greeted me warmly and answered all my questions, to Ella, who was so kind and gentle while taking my X-rays. Dr. Bo also took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and assured me that he would be as gentle as possible—and he absolutely was. I left the office feeling confident and cared for.
