Kaiser frederick is an unusually small facility with limited resources...only a handful of PCP's + pediatric medicine. Xrays only on M/W/F. No Ctscan more mri..but a great lab and a phenomenal pharmacy The pharmacy is surprisingly fully stocked and it's Chief pharmacist Connie is phenomenal. It's staff always friendly/knowledgeable and helpful especially Brittany (I believe is her name..if not she is usually there) Lines are rarely long in pharmacy...but lab delays can be defeated by simply making an appointment before hand through any appointment rep. Few make appointments & you are seen immediately soon arrival even if you miss the appoint. The phlebotomist are both suoerb..especially the female one Downside of kaiser frederick is that if you need urgent care..you must travel over

Got my perscriptions fast and staff was very professional

Pharmacy wait time is great, only 10 minutes since check in and check out. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Medication questions are answered professionally by their pharmacists

Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Great troubleshooting. Also very sympathetic and always remember my name.
