A piece on my nebulizer broke and I was in need of replacement asap for my son’s health. Walgreens denied me the night before and were no help. Pharmacist Trinh and Victoria helped me process new parts immediately for the sake of my son’s health. Thank you, this pharmacy rules and the people are great! Thank you again, Trihn and Victoria.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful Trinh Tran, the caring Pharmacist/Manager at Fair Oaks Kaiser, has been for my 86-year-old mom! Her careful attention to every little detail, her warm patience, and her truly caring make all the difference when it comes to my mom’s medications and refills. Trinh always takes the time to explain instructions in a way that’s easy to understand, answers all our questions with a smile, and makes sure my mom has everything she needs. Trinh is an absolute gem; both a highly skilled, knowledgeable pharmacist and a truly kind person and we feel so fortunate to have her support. I highly recommend Trinh and the Fair Oaks Kaiser Pharmacy for their outstanding, warm, and friendly care!

I've only had wonderful experiences with this pharmacy. The pharmacists have been helpful and cheerful and it's been a quick, easy process to pick up my prescriptions each time.

If you have Kaiser I recommend you switch insurances ASAP. Can’t even choose which problem to talk ab. Nothing but problems every time I have to do ANYTHING with Kaiser
