So far I haven’t had issues. Staff at Moncrief hospital has been helpful and assist when help is needed. The staff are quick to end long lines and will open additional windows when their are long lines.

Yea, I can say this is typical government Healthcare at work here. No one answers the phone, processes are slow, system integration is non-existent, and processes just don't work as described. Oh, you need a refill too? Tough luck—go chase down another pharmacy like it’s a scavenger hunt beause they only do "new prescriptions" here. Yep, makes perfect sense.

Ft. Jackson pharmacy is great,walked in and out in less then 5 minutes

Pretty good service when open, phone wait time is too long for activating new prescriptions, not helpful to cancel service on Saturdays. Lots of veterans live far away from the base and must make difficult arrangements to come to the base to get their prescriptions and maybe go to the Commisary or other business on post. Please reconsider to having pharmacy open on Saturdays.

I had frustrating experience at Moncfief Pharmacy while trying to pick up my husband’s medication after his surgery. As someone who works full-time and lives off-base, the 90-minute round trip is already a significant commitment. When the pharmacy opened late at 08:07am, I checked in and my husband’s prescription was not ready, despite it being sent by his provider over a week ago and Genesis indicating that it was submitted. I was then directed to window 2, where I encountered Erika D. Brown. Unfortunately, her demeanor was far from helpful. She was condescending, dismissive and taking her time. Despite acknowledging that she could see the prescription in the system and checking the military ID, she still instructed me to fill out a form writing same information she already has. After
