I experienced great service today and yesterday when I brought my dog in. Other reviews say you cannot go back with your pet and that is correct. That's standard practice where I'm from so it didn't bother me. I'm new to town and needed to get my dog's vaccinations updated in order to go to doggie daycare. I Googled the closest vet to me and ended up here. Doctor is very kind, as are the vet techs. My mini Aussie has been very anxious since we moved a few days ago. The doctor and I agreed it would be good to get her started on an anti-anxiety medication. Blood draw was required to decide on appropriate medication and dose. I really appreciate the precautions taken to ensure medication levels are appropriate for my pet. I'll be moving to a different area of town, but plan on returning here

Dr. Soliman and her team continue to impress. I have brought multiple dogs to this clinic over the years, and I'm consistently happy with the level of care that the team shows. Most recently my pup needed surgery to remove a wart from his tongue. I was able to get him in quickly and do the surgery the same day as his checkup. They provided everything I need for his recovery, and followed up several times throughout the process to check in and see how he was doing. This is a great place to take your pets.

This “hospital” is severely lacking in communication, transparency, and basic professionalism. The overwhelmingly negative reviews exist for a reason, and it’s alarming that people continue to bring their pets here. You are not allowed to enter the building or see the veterinarian. Every communication is through a phone. Only people you see are the technicians, which raises serious concerns about who is actually providing care and whether the doctor is even physically present in the building. The clinic’s website is misleading at best. The veterinarians listed do not work at this location—we’ve seen them at their specialty practices elsewhere. In reality, it appears there is only one doctor responsible for both locations, which is completely unacceptable for a facility claiming to be a hos

I called to make an appointment for my dog and managed to secure an emergency appointment for the same day. After providing all my information, I was informed that I would have to drop off my dog and wait in the parking lot or go home, with the veterinarian calling me later. I find this procedure unacceptable. I don't feel comfortable leaving my sick dog without being able to speak to the veterinarian in person to explain what is happening. my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 today. I canceled that appointment.

After taking my very sick Oscar to Pets R Us I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone!! They are not only caring and concerned about your pet they are concerned about you as well. I thought I was not going to bring my dog home again but this highly trained Vet and Staff took my Oscar and saved him!! I can't thank them enough for their care of Oscar. Thank you Dr. SOLIMAN AND NURSE JUICY. You ladies are truly amazing 👏 ❤️
