Carl did a short interview with me before my massage to understand any body issues, or areas of concern I had, and gave some suggestions on stretches and things to do during the day to help my alignment- clearly he is interested in helping his clients lead healthier lives, not just feel more relaxed (though that happened too!). During the massage he focused on particular areas of need, rather than just doing a general massage which is often what I've experienced. I recommend him!

I was impressed with the office ( very Zen), and with Carl and his knowledge of body wellness. He was helpful in alerting me to areas I was holding tension, and to some of the possible causes. Carl also recommended some stretches to help with my tight areas. I will definitely go again, and the online reservation system is great!

My massage with Carl was an incredible experience. He listened to my needs and provided me with a lot of insight as to why certain areas might be problematic. I look forward to the next session with him and can't recommend him enough!
