If I could give 0 stars I would. It took this company two weeks to contact me to schedule my first "evaluation" where a therapist called me on Zoom from outside a Starbucks and asked questions about my range of motion from the camera. They then charged me $180 or something. Then it took them another week to match me with a physical therapist to actual treat me. They charge $15 "service fees" when no service is actually provided. A complete waste of time and a disservice to my recovery.

This firm is unfortunately administratively incompetent. I cannot speak to their PT services as I never received the services. After being harangued several times by phone about credit cards, insurance, and referring doctor (even though I was matched with a Pete’s Health DPT), I was scheduled for an appointment. About 10 minutes prior to the appointment, the PT (DPT) emailed stating she needed to attend to an urgent medical issue. The notice was appreciated and the PT (DPT) re-scheduled for another date. The PT (DPT) did not communicate a delay and after waiting 60 minutes past the scheduled 2nd appointment time, I canceled. I cannot recommend anyone use this firm as they do not perform.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!! Great therapist but this COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! Read other reviews, it's no wonder they can't keep therapist! I have a primary and secondary insurance, so I shouldn't have any out of pocket expense. I was sent a bill on Friday for $250, I called and questioned the amount. They said my secondary hadn't paid. I said I would call on Monday morning and get it figured out. Well on Monday, they'll illegally ran my CC!! When I called them to discuss the matter they hung up on me every time. I discussed the matter with my secondary insurance, they then called and got hung up on several times. This is a shady company who had changed their names more than once. There are other companies that do in home P/T without the hassle and illegal billing!

PeteHealth physical therapy has changed my life. Having therapy services in the convenience of your own home and not having to settle for mediocre care is what this company is all about. They take a variety of insurance carriers and will set you up with a therapist nearest to you. Each and every therapist is dedicated to providing top-quality treatments and will help develop a home program so that you can attain your goals, heal, and ultimately improve. I love PeteHealth!

Awful experience. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. Finally got one and the nice, friendly therapist showed at my house a little unprepared. He then got covid. They have tried to bill me but for what? I think Pete needs to be less of a corporation and more of a business that cares. What happened to our rights as underserved, unhappy customers? Don't use these fools.
