Pet Vet – Roanoke

The people are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They tried very hard to keep costs and procedures to a minimum, being very considerate of my current needs. I trust what they tell me. I wish it was a 1-10 scale. They deserve a 9, losing a point only because of my personal preference for a 'local business' feel. The people there soften the corporate feeling, but it's still there.

It was time for my pup to cross the rainbow bridge and I didnt have a local vet. I was able to take him in that same day. From the time we got there to the time we life they were very compassionate and professional. The room was very calming and serene.

This clinic was amazing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with my dog Chloe and answered all the questions I had. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a vet for their pet. They have paw plans to help with the costs of billing out of pocket. I also felt the compassion they had for my feelings and Chloe's needs as well.

Our miniature poodle needed updated rabies shots and we were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Friendly/helpful staff.. didn’t try to overcharge me for anything, thank you! We’ll be back again!

Excellent pet care! All the doctors and staff are so compassionate, friendly, and caring. The techs are so sweet to my Ginger. And I’ve always been able to make an appointment quickly. Dr. Epperly and Dr. McBane are amazing.
