My husband and I brought both of our dogs here over the years and Pet Hospital of Willoughby made things easy for us with their expertise and knowledge of care. You can see and feel how much they love your beloved furry family members. This vet helped us through the passing of our beloved pups and were kind, courteous, and loving throughout the process. They helped make an impossible decision hassle-free and helped us prepare. Thanks for all that you do to help us care and love for our pets.

I am overjoyed that we found Dr Federer here . He's an excellent Vet and cares for your pet as if they were his own. The Vet techs, secretaries and assistance are very pleasant and always willing to assist without having to ask. Our Finn loves coming to get the attention and cuddles from staff. We look forward to our pup growing very healthy and happy with their care.

They are the best! They were able to see my sick pet right away. They are my new vets now. They are caring and very helpful. They helped me with my baby girl that passed away also. Wonderful staff and vets.

Everyone here is very friendly and our appointment was right on schedule. The doctor gave our cat a good exam and some vaccinations and discovered a bad tooth that needs to be extracted. So, we have been coming here for many years, and they have taken great care of all our cats and even though the staff has changed the great care has not.

Kelsie is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She has a heart of gold and you can see how much she cares about your clients and their pets. She is an amazing soul and deserves a huge shout out. Your facility is the best in Ohio. Everyone is so kind and the overall atmosphere of the environment is comforting. One of my favorite things is they are VERY thorough before doing something to your pet. You are all amazing and your dedication does not go unrecognized! Thank you for everything you do!
