Great Expressions Dental Centers - Willoughby

My family started coming here in April 2025 and we have had a wonderful experience with scheduling, rescheduling, and customer service upon check-in. The dental hygiene specialist is very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me understand the difference types of cleaning. The Dentist is really great at communicating throughout the procedure and attentive to any (potential) signs of discomfort. He stopped to check-in 😇

Twice now, we have waited over 45 minutes to get seen for a routine orthodontist check up when we had an appointment. That's over an hour of time out of work and school. Some people in the waiting room were there when we got there and STILL waiting when we eventually left. The kicker this last time was that the necessary braces parts for our child weren't even in yet so the whole visit was pointless AND we have to come back in a month. Probably to wait more. You would think they could check their appointment list with their received shipments to make sure everything was ready. The whole operation feels like amateur hour. If we weren't in a contract I would quickly take our business elsewhere if I could.

Only reason they are not getting a 1 star is because the dental hygienists and dentist I saw were great - very friendly and thorough. However, everything else about my experience here has been awful. From the receptiontist making me feel like I was the biggest hassle in the world for going there to see a dentist, to then them trying to overbill me twice for one visit, to then receiving a call a few days before my appointment that it was cancelled - not need to reschedule, but just cancelled. Do not recommend.

Great expirence. Had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving. And eve though the full repair could not be completed right away they found a solution to keep my smile intact for the holiday. The full repair is now complete and I'm extremely happy. The staff is welcoming when you arrive and they get you in quick, but take the time to do things right and let me know what a good long term plan might be.

That is a lovely, clean and efficient dental center and they really have a nice staff! Also, my dentist is very good! I am very happy I chose that location!
