Awesome customer service! Everyone is always so friendly and they always get my prescription right. They also give me a birthday card every year! I drive 50 minutes one way to go to this pharmacy and it's well worth it.

In my late teens stated my many experiences all over the US with pharmacies. 1 pharmacist (Gary) from another chain set the bar. This Genoa surpassed all from...staff to Pharmacist's. Everyone's knowledge with the genuine care they display is 100% real! That in itself is a rarity. you don't need to be in dire straits for help they give it from the moment you are greeted.

I have never ONCE had an issue getting my medication and the STAFF are all amazing at their jobs and are so friendly and helpful. I leave GENUINELY smiling at every interaction, phone call, voicemail and I can't stress how much of an impact these people have had on me through the years I've been going there
