I am writing to formally document a serious concern regarding the dental cleaning performed on my 12-year-old pit bull mix by dental pro Following your service, my dog developed a significant hematoma on the tip of her tongue and stopped eating and drinking. When I contacted your team, I was informed that nothing unusual had been observed during the procedure. Within days, my dog began bleeding from the mouth and required an emergency veterinary visit. The veterinarian diagnosed a severely infected/rotting molar that was actively bleeding — a condition that reasonably should have been identified during a dental inspection. To date, I have incurred $500 in veterinary costs to diagnose and address issues that were either caused or missed during your service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. I was very anxious and worried because my dogs are everything to me and also very delicate, but it all went perfect. The Van is like a spa, great atmosphere, the professionals are also vets, and treat our dogs / cats with a lot of love and care. I can say now they got a customer for life. Anesthesia and stress free for our babies!
