I keep writing this and deleting it because i once loved this practice. The np theresa is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! I was kicked out of the practice because I didn’t want to follow the vaccine schedule for my newborn. I have been going there for almost 10 years! They would not allow my two older established children to stay in the practice either! They told me to find another doctor and that I could still see them for 30 days in case of emergency or sick visits. I called today to get my 8 year old in as she was sick and was told since I had my records sent to another doc I could no longer come in… even though I have not established care with new doctor yet and even though I was told I could still be seen for 30 days. This office runs more like a child assembly line than a pediatric practice. You’re lucky if you get to see an actual doctor — almost everything is handled by NPs, which I’m certain doesn’t change how they bill insurance. When my daughter had medical concerns and I asked to have a direct conversation with the doctor, I was told point-blank by a nurse: “We’re a vaccinating office. If you don’t like it, find somewhere else to go.” That was all I needed to hear — and I did find a better place, one we should have chosen from the start. They rush kids in and out, and more than once we received conflicting diagnoses: one NP said one thing, only for a doctor or another NP to contradict it at the follow-up. After dealing with SB, which is always a mess in both treatment and even more so with the office, so far it has been great bringing my daughter here. NP Theresa and Dr.Jennifer Byrne have been amazing. We mostly see Theresa because she is so knowledgable, caring, and detailed in the care of our daughter.

As a mother of 3, who used a different pediatrician for 7.5 years before this one, Personal Pediatrics and Dr. Byrne and the rest of the staff are top tier as far as pediatric doctor offices. Just truly AMAZING. You understand my enthusiasm if you’re a parent, finding the right doctor is so important. Our kids are everything to us so we all want the best and I found the best for my kids! First of all the office staff are just sweet as can be and so helpful EVERY time. They literally have gotten me out of a bad mood just by how kind they are. They go the extra mile to help you. The doctors are very thorough and if you have any concerns it becomes their concern and they figure it out with you. My daughter saw the same pediatrician for 7.5 years before we moved out here and somehow didn’t cat

I’ve been at this practice for over 17 years. Yes, at times they had their hiccups. COVID procedures, long waits nothing more than any other facility experienced during these times. They merged with Pro Health-EPIC fail but I feel they corrected that mistake by merging with Boston Pediatrics. They have a wonderful caring staff and they provide excellent healthcare to children. IMO, they recognized and corrected their problems and are back to being one of the top pediatrics offices in Suffolk County. I will be sad next year when my son needs to transition to an adult medical doctor. If you are new to the Byrne sisters please give the office a chance, I have always found them to be doctors who respect parents decisions to parent their own way without interference. (No jab for my son, no HPV)
