I've been going to Echo Pharmacy for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. The service is always been top, notch, professional, and compassionate. I would recommend them highly to anybody who enjoys that hometown pharmecy experience. They really know us and we know them. I can't think of anything better when someone in the family is sick or ill thank you Echo Pharmacy. You are greatly appreciated.

Echo pharmacy definitely is my hometown pharmacy!! I can’t say enough great things about everyone!! Bryan, Sherri & Mike are absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable, very professional & a very warm welcoming vibe whenever I walk in!! If they don’t have what I need, they always find a way to get it in the next morning!! Bryan and Sherri are the kind of people who make you feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. This is not a place where you’re rushed or treated like a number — they know your name, they ask how you’re doing, and they truly mean it. As someone with celiac disease, medication can be stressful. They took the time to research and customize my compound so I could feel completely safe. That level of dedication and kindness is rare, and it meant the world to me. They always have time for questions, they look out for me, and they make sure I understand everything about my prescriptions. They will let you know if a prescription is not safe for you. Echo Pharmacy is the best. It has that small town friendliness and personality. You walk in and the staff knows your name and what you’re picking up. Sherry is the best. So friendly and genuine. Brian is great also. Always has a smile for you. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I had been using this pharmacy for several years. They were usually very good with getting my prescriptions sent to me in a timely manner. This time it took 3 weeks! They didn't mail it out until 2 weeks after my doctor called it in, and that was only after my doctor's office reached out to inquire about it. Their response was "I don't know what happened but we'll mail it out today." I left several messages myself over the 2 weeks with no call back. I finally was able to get in touch with someone from the main pharmacy, however, there was no effort to make it right for me. I was out of my medication for over a week and there was absolutely no effort to help me. Needless to say I will not be going back to Echo Pharmacy.
