I had my son medical number for his dentist appointment and they said by him being a new patient they couldn’t see him without the actually card mind you I have never showed my children card for any reason and any office I just the number I called Southport dentist for kids I made his appointment over the phone they took the number they even said that they could have looked it up I didn’t have my other son number so I gave the name and she search it this place Is gone down hill I do not recommend I will not return there ratings are already the lowest they just don’t want to see patients and they already don’t have none.

Do not take your child here to be ENDANGERED. The first mistake of the day that was made was booking five families at 9:30. Waited a good thirty minutes to go in the back. Just for them to hook up my daughter up to laughing gas and give her a numbing shot to leave her alone for another thirty minutes. Worst dentist office. Highly wouldn't recommend. Not to mention limited seating and they don't care to move faster because people are standing in their office like it's a unemployment building

Very unprofessional… I’ve been scheduling appointments for my children for the last 2 months and I always receive a call at the last minute telling me that the dentist has a family emergency and needs to reschedule. Or their system is down. Long waits over a hour the dentist isn’t back from lunch

The receptionist is rude as hell. My son is 16 years old and can’t sit in by himself. I’m out side of the establishment because it’s cold. The receptionist didn’t even hear me out before slamming the glass. There should definitely be a better person to communicate with in the front end of this establishment. I see why people have rated this establishment 2 stars. I definitely left 1 star.

Brought my son here years ago once. Surprised the service appears to be just as bad as it was then based on reviews. When I took my son the dental assistant was very unprofessional. My son was scared and she did nothing to reassure and make him comfortable which was surprising since its a Pediatric dental office. It was a horrible experience. And at the end they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule the next checkup appointment. Told them no and never came back. Avoid this place. Take your children to your own dentist. One star is all they deserve
