Avoid this place at all cost! Especially., if you are going for TAD placement (temp anchorage devices) for ortho reasons this place will butcher you. From day one the entire office from the Doctor to the front desk was clueless on what needed to get done even thought my ortho gave them clear instructions. He placed anchors where they were not supposed to. Even though I also explained what needed to and asked him to call my ortho before starting the procedure. On my second visit for a fix, he struggled to put it on so much I had to ask him to pause and explain to me what’s happening. He was pushing the screw (TAD) so hard and I assume scraping my gums that I am now left with a huge hole on gums. Worst part, the screw (TAD) was loose a day later. Hidden gem in Reston!! Very professional and knowledgeable dental team, and friendly staff. Dr. Khang made sure my teeth were in good shape for the procedure. He and his assistant work well together and were very attentive. I appreciated their expertise. I was numbed really well. No breakthrough pain as I have had with lesser procedures, having sensitive teeth. I only felt the pressure of the activities, as expected. They took really good care of me, and I received a nice follow up call to check on how I was doing. Front desk staff was very good at explaining what costs to expect and what insurance covered.

I am really surprised they do not do more business. For the prices of the Implant, I considered just getting my entire mouth done. Staff was always very polite and professional. The doc was extremely informative and took good care of me the entire procedure and afterwards.
