I’m not one to typically leave negative reviews, but based on how I was treated here, I feel this is necessary and may help others. I do not recommend this office. On two different occasions, they attempted to include add-on procedure codes on my treatment plan, increasing the overall cost, not realizing that I have over 15 years of experience in the dental field. These items were presented as if they were required, when they were not clinically necessary and some were clearly optional. For example, irrigation was added and presented as mandatory, even though irrigation is typically part of standard care and I already had Peridex that could have been used at home. You can truly tell they care about each patient they explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I am extremely blessed to have found Dr. Rodriguez. She is a phenomenal dentist. She is knowledgeable, patient, and her kind, humble spirit sets her apart by far. Not only that, but she walked me through my dental procedure step by step. As a result, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. I also love my hygienist Ms. Lena and Ms. Jocelyn at the front desk who also provided excellent service. I highly recommend Perfection Dental if you need an exceptional dentist.
