Perfect Smile Dental

I called to try and schedule an appt. I was told I was dismissed due to too many no shows, that’s fine I’m not arguing that, however the lady who took my call was very snippy and caught such an attitude with me when I had follow up questions about future dental care.

Switching dentists for sure. Been tolerating them because of insurance reasons but no more. Pretty sure they pulled a tooth out that could've been saved without pulling it and it's a front tooth? Also all my fillings have been coming out I told them they scheduled me 2 and a half months away knowing my whole left side of my face hurts and I can't drink or chew anything on that side. Clearly only cares about the paycheck not the quality of care or how their patients feel. Terrible never had a good experience here and reading other reviews definitely get where people are saying they especially the main dentist is rude judgmental and thinks she's better than you. If I could give no stars I would. First mistake is on me. I didn’t read the reviews. I checked both dental insurances that I have and they took both. So that’s where I went. I had gum disease. The dentist said I would need them all pulled. Which I already knew. Decided on dentures. I paid $600 out of pocket for my temporary ones. The bottom ones didn’t fit the moment they put them in. I tried and tried to wear them but was in tears because they hurt so bad. Went back weekly for awhile and finally got the tops fixed to where I didn’t look like a monkey. Still couldn’t wear the bottoms. After 2 months they finally re made them. After admitting they were made wrong. I wore those even though they just didn’t feel right. Perfect smile is a perfect nightmare. The rooms were absolutely dirty and all the tools they use are filthy. Most of the staff truly hate their jobs. I had 1 cavity that took 2 hours because of how unprofessional they are. I would not recommend if you are a person of color. Take your ‘perfect smile’ elsewhere.

Drilled my teeth only filled 1 of the 2 they drilled had 1 person drill and a different person do the feeling and the kicker here is i had a feeling fall out in bad pain and there saying im dismissed because of not showing up for appointments that I didn't even schedule they do not try to help anyone in anyway there not understanding or empathetic they could care less about people they shouldn't be in this line of work
