Diagnosed incorrectly! I knew it di I went to my pcp and got the correct diagnosis! They get you in and out here. If they test they diagnose wrong and if they don't test and when you need tested! Poor medical response! I'll never go back there! I rather go to Uniontown Hospital and we all know how they get down! I rather go there then Med Express or whatever y'all call yourself now! Call yourself a clinic that don't care abt people's health!

The staff is very welcoming & helpful registering in to be seen.You dont have to wait long at all to be seen,even in the back waiting for your Dr. To see you, the Dr is in and out. They give right tests & prescriptions for your problems. They dont guess what is wrong & just give you anything. I recommend anyone who is sick,or has a infection,or in pain, depressed, or broke a arm or leg to go to med express in Uniontown for your medical needs! They care & fast service they gave my fiancee was amazing..THANK YOU MED EXPRESS!!

I went in for what I suspected to be some sort of viral or bactrial sinus infection. The employees were very nice and helpful, and my visit was very quick and straightforward, taking less than an hour overall. One of the best walk in appointment experiences Ive ever had.

Went to UPMC Urgent Care in Uniontown for possible strep or something else. Was feeling ill and hoping they could help. The ladies at the front desk ignored me when I walked in. I sat in the waiting area because I had made an appointment online and wasn’t sure if I needed to do anything else. Overheard that we had to sign in on the Ipad that was on the other side of the desk and no way of knowing that’s where you check in? Another gentleman in the waiting area was also annoyed by this. Once I signed in I was called to the front desk and she asked for my insurance card which I didn’t have and before I could finish my sentence she told me I needed to pay today or I wouldn’t be seen. Duh. I already paid online and she said oh well I didn’t make it that far. Then told me to sit down. Very rude

I made the appointment on line and when I went in, the secretary directed me to the sign in on the pad. She took my information within minutes. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. From the secretary to the last person, they were very efficient and friendly 😄
