Uniontown Nursing and Rehabilitation

Jenn is amazing. I had reservations about this location and how the staff may be. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive. Every time I’ve gone to visit my FIL, Jenn has always been very pleasant and welcoming. I’m sure everyone else there is just as kind, but Jenn is the only one who has interacted with my family when I’ve been there and gives us updates on how the day was with my FIL. She has soft skills that can’t be taught and is very personable. My family appreciates her care, attention and approachable personality. You have an amazing employee on your staff!!!

If it is just therapy with no other medical conditions in play, their therapy department is great but only staffed Mon-Fri. With that said, their aides are understaffed and it's typical for patients to wait up to an hour for call light to be answered. Without directly calling out a specific dr publicly, I will say that medical charts and labs are not reviewed by the most prevalent physician at this facility. If your loved one has any type of medical condition avoid!! If they develop one while there please have them transferred immediately! First and foremost be an advocate for your family if they are already in this facility.

Staff listened to my concerns and understood my right to be involved and advocate for my Mum. They are caring and answered her call light VERY quickly. Her nurse Carrie and Teresa took time to address my concerns. A+

The staff was friendly and dedicated to residents. The people seemed well cared for by a patient well trained staff.

My mom was in rehab at the facility for 3 weeks after a hospital stay left her very weak and unable to walk. I can’t say enough good about the facility and the care that my mom received. The rehab staff was amazing. They were very patient and gentle with my mom. They worked with her daily. She was brought in by EMS and 3 weeks later walked out using her walker. The nursing staff was second to none. They treated my mom like she was their family. My mom loved talking to Lisa, the activities director and Janice. Anna Marie, Alyssa and Bella (my mom’s aides) went above and beyond to make her comfortable and feel so loved. All the people at this facility were so friendly and kind to the residents. I was there daily and never heard a negative comment or saw anyone being treated with disrespect
