I had an extremely positive experience at Penny Creek Family & Implant Dentistry in Mill Creek. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I left feeling well-informed, confident in this team, and incredibly grateful. The dentist is not only highly knowledgeable, but it’s very clear he truly cares—about your teeth and about you as a person. That level of care carries through the entire office. From the dental assistant to the receptionist/finance manager, every single person was personable, thoughtful, genuine, understanding, and compassionate. This is the first dentist I’ve seen for this journey, and I honestly feel extremely grateful and lucky to have found them. It felt like I was exactly where I was supposed to be—my angels picked a good one. I

So thankful for the entire team at Penny Creek Dentistry! Had to get a molar filled and it was done so well! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time…so grateful! ZERO STARS!!! MARCI at the front desk is extremely rude and displays clear microaggressions. I have been coming to this office since I was in middle school, but I will never return because of my experience with her. I called to make an appointment regarding a filling they did, which was a terrible job and has left me in pain a year later. Instead of helping, I was met with attitude and no concern. I wish I had known better back then. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you can. You may end up in pain years later, and when you reach out for help, they will not support you or take responsibility. Be careful.

Im at the beginning of completely restoring my mouth and I found this dental implant ad for penny creek online by researching myself and boy did I get blessed by the grace of G*d this is one absolutely amazing and comforting place, I actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time in my life saying that is crazy however they are all wonderful nice and very welcoming right off the bat, it feels like a family oriented place. The easiest oral surgery ever. Preparing me for the procedure was organized and included thoughtful things to make me comfortable. The doctor is highly skilled while also gentle enough to avoid any unnecessary trauma. Although surprisingly I had little to no pain post surgery I was sent home with a complete care kit, just in case. The whole experience was incredibly well done and I felt very much that my comfort was as of much importance as the surgery itself. Thankyou Dr Slocum, Jen and the whole wonderful team. -Karen B
